Everything has to start somewhere, and the opportunity to explore new thoughts and ideas never goes out of style. This new podcast seeks to explore some of those ideas in detail, as well as sharing (hopefully) relatable stories grounded in everyday life.

I’m looking forward to seeing how this goes, and I’m always open to feedback. Thank you very much for listening, and subscribe for more coming soon!

Check out the new ThoughtGrapes.com, the Thought Grapes YouTube channel here (and subscribe for all the new stuff coming soon), and listen to the podcast at UnwindMedia.com/SeedsOfThought.

January 8, 2016 – Rob goes looking for a new Cable and Internet package. Join him down the rabbit hole as he navigates the Rogers website looking for a way to not get ripped off by major telecommunications companies.

**At about 3:00, I say gigabits per second when describing Internet packages. I obviously mean megabits per second.

January 3, 2016 – Today, I introduce the new format of this podcast. Though I haven’t settled on any specifics, I’m going to aim for ~5 minute episodes discussing things that interest or have to do with me, answer questions, or generally do whatever I feel like.

In this episode, I discuss some of my challenges and triumphs with weight loss in the last year.

This is part of a project I’ve tentatively called Make More wherein I am going to do and put out something creative every day for 2016. When that thing is just me talking into a microphone, it will be here. I hope you get something out of it.
