Ottawhat? is an interview show that highlights interesting people living in Ottawa, Canada. In a population of over 1 million, how many people do you really know?
Neuroscience student and talented artist Becca Hay was our guest this week. We talked about studying neuroscience, raising mental health awareness, bridging the gap between arts and sciences, and keeping track of directions without the Rocky Mountains on the horizon.
You’ll also find out how quickly Keegan can think of a palindrome when put on the spot.
Brotherly love was in the air this week as we interviewed Keegan’s brother, Dylan On. Dylan is an emerging artist and is currently pursuing his Master of Arts in Theatre and Performance Studies. He chatted about some of his experience in performing arts, including touring Shakespeare plays around elementary schools and even volunteering at a theatre program in a prison!
Chris Bailey paid a visit to the Ottawhat? studios this week, to discuss his work revolving around productivity. Chris spent a year of his life putting himself through challenges and experiments that he documented on his website, A Life of Productivity. He’s currently writing a book about the experience, and he was generous enough to share some lessons he learned with us, and all of you!
If you’re a fan of the show, we’d really appreciate it if you’d take a minute out of your day to rate the show on iTunes or Stitcher Radio. That is the best way to help introduce new fans to our show. Leave a flattering comment, and chances are good we’ll even read it on the next episode!
