Ottawhat? is an interview show that highlights interesting people living in Ottawa, Canada. In a population of over 1 million, how many people do you really know?
This week on Ottawhat?, the city herself was our guest. We recap our favourite news stories of the year, reminisce about some of our past guests, and discuss our best New Years’ celebrations in Ottawa.
As a holiday gift to us, consider rating the show on iTunes or Stitcher Radio. It’s the easiest way to support the show, and it helps us out a lot!
Samantha Ingram, Communications Coordinator at the Ottawa Food Bank, met with us this week to share some uplifting facts about the great work that the Food Bank and their volunteers do for our city’s less fortunate. We also learned about ways you can help out other than volunteering your time or participating in food drives, at ottawafoodbank.ca. They are running an initiative called #fillplates right now to raise awareness for their excellent programs.
